This listing is for one cylinder containing 670g of food-grade nitrous oxide (N2O). Choose the number of individual cylinders required using the quantity selector. Cream dispenser, pressure regulator, filling hose and adapters are sold separately.
Filled with high-purity nitrous oxide, each canister helps produce smooth whipped cream in seconds when used with compatible cream whippers and the correct accessories. It is ideal for busy kitchens where speed, consistency and product quality matter.
Product Features
Fast Gas nitrous oxide canisters are suitable for legitimate food and beverage use only. They are commonly used by professional chefs, cocktail makers and catering staff to prepare whipped cream, foams, creams and drinks with a clean, stable texture.
Each cylinder provides a larger supply of gas than standard cream chargers, helping reduce the time spent changing small cartridges during busy service. This makes Fast Gas a practical choice for businesses serving high volumes of desserts, hot drinks, milkshakes, cocktails and other culinary creations.

Responsible Use
Fast Gas is sold strictly for food use. Nitrous oxide is sometimes known as laughing gas, but this product is not intended for inhalation, balloons, drugs or misuse. It must never be used to fill balloons or for recreational purposes.
Misuse of nitrous oxide can create serious risk to people, children and communities. Customers must use this product responsibly and store it safely away from kids, heat and direct sunlight.
