It’s important to note that orders received after 5:30 pm on Fridays, including weekends, will be posted on the following Monday* (*subject to stock availability).

As part of our mission to keep costs to our customers as affordable as possible, our courier rates are determined by the weight and dimensions of your parcel. The delivery cost will be displayed at the checkout, and orders exceeding £99 (ex VAT) qualify for free Delivery.

All UK mainland orders over £99 (ex VAT) benefit from free Delivery, including next-day delivery.

We incur increased costs with couriers for orders outside the UK mainland, and unfortunately, free Delivery cannot be offered.

Next Day Delivery Guarantee*

At checkout, opt for the next business day delivery with our reputable couriers, including DPD, FedEx, Amazon, and YODEL. Please be aware that Next Day Delivery applies to business days, and orders on this service will not be delivered on Saturdays or British Bank Holidays.

Our Premium Couriers (DPD & FedEx) go the extra mile by providing a 1-hour delivery slot via email and SMS (if provided), ensuring you can confidently plan your day, knowing when your parcel will arrive.

All orders successfully placed by 5:30 pm, adhering to our terms and conditions, will be dispatched the same day. Since we rely on third-party couriers for Delivery, orders are subject to the courier-selected terms and conditions and our own.

Standard Delivery Guarantee*

Expect Delivery within 2-3 working days with our reputable couriers, such as Amazon and YODEL, with charges based on weight and location. Standard Delivery applies to business days, excluding Saturdays and British Bank Holidays.

The 48-72 hour Delivery option is available for orders weighing 15kg and below. Orders exceeding this weight will require next-day delivery.

Our premium couriers, DPD and FedEx, keep you informed with a notification via email and SMS (if provided), providing a precise 1-hour delivery window. This lets you plan your day while eagerly anticipating your parcel’s arrival.

To ensure same-day dispatch, place your order before 5:30 pm and adhere to our terms and conditions. Please be aware that, as we depend on third-party couriers for Delivery, the courier’s terms and conditions, along with our own, apply to all orders.

At Cream Chargers Warehouse, we offer you flexibility in choosing your preferred courier service based on your preferences. We assist FedEx, DPD, YODEL, and Hauliers for pallet deliveries. Each courier has specific restrictions and cut-offs for same-day dispatch, as in the chart below.

Order Tracking

For orders dispatched through a tracked service, such as those requiring a signature or proof of delivery, you can easily trace their progress via the courier’s website. Upon dispatch, we will send you an email containing your tracking code. Enter this code on the courier’s tracking pages to monitor and stay informed about the arrival of your order.

Restricted Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Following significant shipping changes resulting from Brexit, we are actively working towards resuming shipping to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and the European Union (EU) in the future.

Orders to UK Highlands and Islands are accepted, but couriers apply increased costs to these locations, which will be calculated during checkout.

Restricted Products (Cream Chargers)

By our company policy, we do not accept orders for 18+ and restricted products, such as Cream Chargers, to University Accommodations. Orders to university addresses for these specific products will be canceled and may result in potential blocking from future purchases on our website, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. However, orders for standard products without restrictions, such as syrups and coffee, are accepted as usual.

Age Verification Delivery

All 18+ restricted products are dispatched using an Age Verified Delivery service through the selected courier at checkout. This verification process is akin to the procedure in a supermarket. The delivery driver will assess whether the recipient appears to be over 25, and if no ID check is deemed necessary, they will confirm this on their screen. Alternatively, if the recipient appears under 25, an ID check will be initiated, requiring the presentation of a valid ID such as a passport or driving license. Failure to provide ID upon request will result in the return of the goods.

Dispatch for Glass Products

In adherence to company policy, parcels containing glass products necessitate additional packing materials to prevent damage during transit, including extra bubble wrap and plastic bags to contain potential spillages. While our team endeavors to dispatch large glass orders the same day if ordered before 4 pm, packing time may extend beyond this point on busy days or during peak seasons. In such cases, these orders are prioritized for packing the following day to ensure safe delivery.

Issues with Delivery

Delays: Despite our commitment to ensuring prompt delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for complications arising from courier operations, such as natural disasters or inclement weather. We will refund your original shipping costs if a delay is within our control. Our Service Updates page provides real-time information on any service delays.

Order Not Arrived: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time or after five working days, contact your chosen courier directly to inquire about the status and arrange delivery. In case of a lost order, contact our Customer Care team for resolution.

Courier Investigations: Occasionally, couriers perform investigations for missing or damaged orders, which may delay resolution. Once completed, we will promptly organize a suitable solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Received: In the rare event of receiving an incorrect or damaged item, contact our customer support team within two working days with pictures of the item and its packaging. Our Returns page provides further information.

Theft: If goods left safe go missing, we and the courier cannot be held responsible for theft. In such cases, coordinating with the police will be your responsibility, and we’ll offer assistance as needed.
