Simply Vanilla is listed in 1kg and 1.75kg formats. Compare pack quantity separately from flavour. Similar names do not establish identical packaging, formulation or preparation instructions.

The Sweetbird Frappes range brings together caffe, chocolate, mocha, cookies and cream, vanilla and other named options. Compare the selected frappe powder rather than treating a coffee base and a vanilla base as equivalent.

Powder or liquid base?

A liquid base is a different format. The listed 1883 Frappe Mix Syrup 1L is presented as a texture-and-consistency ingredient rather than a flavoured powder. Check how it fits your chosen recipe instead of replacing a measured amount of frappe powder with the same volume of syrup.

A frappe mix and a milkshake powder may also have different uses. Start with the product’s intended drink and preparation method; do not assume a mix for one menu item is automatically suitable for another. Compare the full finished drink, not just the name on the pack.

Preparing a consistent frappe

Follow the selected pack’s preparation instructions. Establish the required liquid, frappe mix and ice quantities before blending. If a recipe specifies cold milk, use that recipe as the starting point rather than adding every ingredient from a generic coffee frappe recipe.

Use equipment that is suitable for the ingredients and ice you plan to process. Follow the blender manufacturer’s instructions, including capacity and cleaning guidance. A shaker used for a different style of cold coffee is not automatically a replacement for an ice-suitable blender.

Record the powder or liquid base, measured amount, cup size, liquid and ice for each drink. Keep those consistent while comparing flavours. If you change coffee, milk, ice and sweetening together, you cannot easily judge which change affected the texture or taste.

Follow the recipe’s ice quantity and measuring method. If it specifies ice cubes, do not replace that instruction with an unmeasured amount of crushed ice. Keep the ice format consistent while comparing batches, and use a blender intended to process it. More ice cubes are not automatically the solution to a drink that tastes too weak.

Portion scoops and pack sizes

One scoop is not a universal dose. The separately listed Sweetbird scoops have different stated portion sizes. Confirm the exact scoop and the product recipe before using a scoop count to measure a serving. A volume marking and a powder weight are not interchangeable for every mix.

Use a suitable measure when the recipe gives a weight or liquid volume. Confirm whether accessories are included or sold separately rather than assuming a frappe mix arrives with a scoop. Ask about any conflicting title, image or size information before ordering.

Compare cost per prepared serving only after establishing the dose and other ingredients needed. A 1kg pack, a 2kg tub and a 1L bottle are different quantities and formats; they do not imply the same number of finished drinks.

Ingredients and flavour checks

Read the current ingredient and allergen details. Some frappe powders contain milk powder; changing the liquid to a plant-based drink does not remove ingredients already in the powder. Treat separately named vegan or non-dairy options as individual products, not a claim about the whole category.

Likewise, confirm gluten-free claims, artificial colours or other formulation details on the selected pack rather than extending a statement between brands or flavours. This guide makes no blanket dietary-suitability guarantee.

A chocolate or vanilla name does not establish caffeine content. A mocha frappe or coffee-flavoured mix should be assessed from its own product information, and coffee-free does not automatically mean caffeine-free.
