This pack contains 24 iSi Professional cream chargers, each filled with 8.4g of food-grade nitrous oxide (N2O). Made in Austria, they are designed for preparing whipped cream, mousses, espumas, sauces and dessert toppings with a compatible cream whipper.

Supplied for legitimate food preparation and catering use only. Follow the charger and whipper manufacturer’s instructions. Do not inhale the gas, refill or tamper with a charger. Store out of reach of children, away from heat and direct sunlight, and follow the storage limits printed on the packaging. Recycle fully empty chargers according to local guidance.
