How to Prepare Bubble Tea with Milk Powder:
For a 12oz/360ml serving:
Measure out 30g (approximately two teaspoons) into a metal cup or cocktail shaker. Add 50ml of hot water and stir until the powder dissolves. Add ice and 150ml of cold water (or milk), along with syrup, and stir or shake. Place a serving of popping bubbles or tapioca boba into your glass. Pour the prepared tea into the glass and insert a jumbo straw.
We recommend a 30g serving with 150ml of water or milk and ice for a 12oz/360ml serving. As a general guideline, you’re combining 1 part powder with 12 parts water or milk.

Orders placed before 5:30 pm are dispatched the same day, except those after 5:30 pm on Fridays and weekends, which are posted on Monday (subject to stock availability). Delivery costs are based on parcel weight and dimensions, and orders over £99 (ex VAT) qualify for free delivery.
Free Delivery for UK Mainland Orders:
Orders over £99 (ex VAT) to UK mainland qualify for free next-day delivery. Orders outside the UK mainland incur additional courier costs and do not qualify for free delivery.
Next Day Delivery Guarantee:
Opt for next business day delivery at checkout with couriers like DPD, FedEx, Amazon, and YODEL. Next-day delivery excludes Saturdays and British Bank Holidays. Premium couriers provide a 1-hour delivery slot via email and SMS.
Standard Delivery Guarantee:
Expect delivery within 2-3 working days with couriers such as Amazon and YODEL, with charges based on weight and location. Orders over 15kg require next-day delivery.
Couriers:
We use FedEx, DPD, YODEL, and Hauliers for deliveries, each with specific cut-offs and restrictions for same-day dispatch.
Order Tracking:
Orders dispatched through a tracked service will receive a tracking code via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Locations:
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working to resume shipping to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and the European Union (EU).
Restricted Products:
We do not accept orders for 18+ restricted products, like Cream Chargers, to university accommodations. Age verification is required for 18+ products at delivery.
Glass Products Dispatch:
Glass products require additional packing to prevent damage. Orders placed before 4 pm are typically dispatched the same day, but during busy times, they may be prioritized for the next day.
Delivery Issues:
For delays caused by factors within our control, we will refund your shipping costs. For missing or damaged orders, contact the courier or our Customer Care team. We cannot be held responsible for theft of goods left safe by the courier.
