About Sweetbird: The Sweetbird brand of syrups, sauces, and smoothie mixes was created by Bristol-based company Beyond the Bean. The Sweetbird range is free from high fructose corn, artificial colors, and is vegetarian and vegan friendly.
Beyond the Bean has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1997, operating from a home office with just a few small coffee bars in Bristol as customers. They now operate in 50 countries, occupying a large warehouse facility filled with syrups, smoothies, hot chocolate, and frappes – essentially everything needed for a coffee shop except the beans!
Today, Beyond the Bean remains entirely independent, with owners Jem and Nikki still loving the business they built from scratch. They are supported by a fantastic team at their headquarters in Bristol and Los Angeles, all of whom are knowledgeable and passionate about the Beyond the Bean range.

Usage Instructions For a 12oz (355ml) serving of Sweetbird Chocolate Frappe:
- Fill a 12oz (355ml) cup with ice cubes.
- Pour in 6oz (180ml) of cold milk, or half fill the cup.
- Transfer the contents of the cup to a blender.
- Add 1 scoop of Sweetbird Chocolate Frappe mix.
- Blend until smooth.

We prioritize reliable and efficient delivery, offering premium and budget courier options, including next-day delivery. Orders placed before 5:30 pm are dispatched the same day, except those after 5:30 pm on Fridays and weekends, which are posted on Monday (subject to stock availability). Delivery costs are based on parcel weight and dimensions, and orders over £99 (ex VAT) qualify for free delivery.
Free Delivery for UK Mainland Orders:
Orders over £99 (ex VAT) to UK mainland qualify for free next-day delivery. Orders outside the UK mainland incur additional courier costs and do not qualify for free delivery.
Next Day Delivery Guarantee:
Opt for next business day delivery at checkout with couriers like DPD, FedEx, Amazon, and YODEL. Next-day delivery excludes Saturdays and British Bank Holidays. Premium couriers provide a 1-hour delivery slot via email and SMS.
Standard Delivery Guarantee:
Expect delivery within 2-3 working days with couriers such as Amazon and YODEL, with charges based on weight and location. Orders over 15kg require next-day delivery.
Couriers:
We use FedEx, DPD, YODEL, and Hauliers for deliveries, each with specific cut-offs and restrictions for same-day dispatch.
Order Tracking:
Orders dispatched through a tracked service will receive a tracking code via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Locations:
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working to resume shipping to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and the European Union (EU).
Restricted Products:
We do not accept orders for 18+ restricted products, like Cream Chargers, to university accommodations. Age verification is required for 18+ products at delivery.
Glass Products Dispatch:
Glass products require additional packing to prevent damage. Orders placed before 4 pm are typically dispatched the same day, but during busy times, they may be prioritized for the next day.
Delivery Issues:
For delays caused by factors within our control, we will refund your shipping costs. For missing or damaged orders, contact the courier or our Customer Care team. We cannot be held responsible for theft of goods left safe by the courier.
