About Sweetbird: The Sweetbird brand of syrups, sauces, and smoothie mixes was created by Bristol-based company Beyond the Bean. The Sweetbird range is free from high fructose corn, and artificial colors, and is vegetarian and vegan-friendly.

Beyond the Bean has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1997 when the entire business operated from a home office, serving only a few small coffee bars in Bristol. Today, they operate in 50 countries and occupy a large warehouse facility filled with syrups, smoothies, hot chocolate, and frappes – offering everything a coffee shop needs apart from the beans!

Usage Instructions Sweetbird Cookies and Cream Frappe: Fill a cup with 180g of ice cubes. Add 160ml of semi-skimmed milk and pour into a blender jug. Add one scoop (40g) of Sweetbird Cookies and Cream Frappe mix and blend until smooth. Pour back into the cup and serve.
